This is a nice area where our family enjoy to stay.
All staffs were very nice and efficient. We feel well and secure here. Thank you.
I wanted to watch TV5 (French international TV channel). It was available in Thailand, Myanmer and Cambodia.

We are very happy hearing that you could enjoy this "Yushima" and "Hongo" area, where remains lots of greenery and a traditional atmosphere.
As many walking spots are dotted in this area, we believe that you could stay in Elite-inn coming in contact with the nature and traditions.

Unfortunately, TV5 is not available in Elite-inns. Sorry for this unexpectation.

We had wonderful time in Tokyo.
Thank you for all of your help with details, shopping, dinners and more.

Intoroduced by a Chairman of our one-time tenant whose office was in Elite-inn Tokyo office floor, they visited in Tokyo and stayed in Elite-inn to attend a wedding reception of the Chairman's daughter.
Though it was short stay for them, we are so glad to hear "Domo Arigato(Thank you)". We are looking forward to seeing you again! "Domo Arigato Gozaimasita!"

Your administration staff handled the reservation by e-mail with efficiency. Your concierge staff anticipated our needs and was immensely helpful with reservations and directions.
A sample-sized container of dish-washing liquid for doing a few dishes by hand.
A few tea bags on arrival would be nice.

They had stayed with us during their visit in Tokyo as a visiting professor in the Tokyo University. This time they visited in Japan for their pleasure, and they stayed at the Elite-inn serviced apartment again.
A dish-washing machine is supplied in each room. But it is supposed that in case of short stay, as they don't used many dishes at one time, a liquied detergent is convenient for hand-washing.
Taking this valuable advice, we have started to supply it for short-stay customers.

Sepcial thanks to the housekeeping staffs for always doing maintenance with respect and when we were not in the apprtment.
Special thanks to concierge staffs for always helping out, calling and solving our difficulties!

They stayed in Elite-inn for 1 year using 4 rooms for their project team staffs.
Though they had a little happening (to be kept quiet here), we are very glad to hear such special thanks.

Thank you for a wonderful stay.
For a family with children, I would be good to have some cleaning equipments.

They Stayed with 2 little children.
When they celebrated a wedding at the Swedish Embassy in Tokyo, their parents and brothers also stayed with us, when they celebrated a wedding at the Sweden Embassy in Tokyo.
We presented a small gift for this celebration, and they kindly sent us the following message after returned to their country.

Housekeeping is carried out twice a week, but we suppose that a room is apt to get unclean when living with a little child and they suggested to be given a cleaning equipment.
With this useful information, we will consider to supply a small equipment such as a broom and a dustpan for a family customer with little child
